* Privacy: Remember that this is a public space. It's a good idea not to post personally identifiable information on any discussion board. If someone wants to contact you they are able to send an email through the board. Keep in mind that if you email someone through the board the recipient will have your email address.
* Personal Info: All personal information, including email address is held in strictest confidence by Admin. We will never sell your information or use it for any promotional purposes. We will contact you only on business directly related to the visible soul forums. Admin does not have access to unencrypted passwords.
* Prohibited: I try to moderate the forums with a light hand because I want people to be able to speak freely. Posts containing flagrant offensive content will be deleted, the poster will be warned and after repeated offenses will be banned. Prohibited activities include profanity directed at other members, pornographic & other offensive images, name-calling (see below), and board spam (see below).
* Flaming: Sorry board trolls but "flaming" is not allowed on these forums. It is possible to disagree and even to argue without resorting to personal attacks. Posts which denigrate other members will be deleted, the poster will be warned and after repeated offenses will be banned.
* Spam: Board spam is not permitted. Relevant links are welcomed and links to member websites are OK. Member profiles or signatures are the best places to put your website links. Random links and those which are determined to be blatant commercial advertising will be deleted.
